INITIAL CONSULTATION
As with anything that’s about your body and health, in depth consultations are essential. I work in a few different ways depending on the treatment you request.
1) All facials - foot treatments
Consultations are done on your first visit prior to treatment except eyelash tinting as you will have to have a patch test before we can do this treatment.
CONSULTATION IS FREE - Add 10 mins to first booking time just make booking by email or phone.
ALL OF THESE TREATMENTS CAN BE DONE AT MY OFFICE OR AT YOUR HOME.
2) All courses - peeling - needling - face lifting - electrolysis - dermaplane
We can do the initial consultation over the phone for suitability.
CONSULTATION IS FREE - You may not necessarily receive your treatment on that day if a patch test is required or certain products need to be pre ordered for your course we will have determined that in our verbal consult. Courses need 30 to 40 mins added to 1st appointment time.
3) Advanced cosmetic procedure treatments.
This requires a pre consult you can either video call me or send me clear photos of the lesion. If its more than one lesion a separate picture or group of each one is required. From that I will determine what the lesion is and will message you one of the following:
What it is - treatable make appointment.
Possibly treatable you need to come in for a consultation before decision is made.
Lesion untreatable by myself you will need to consult a Dermatologist.
I do not touch any lesions that is not totally 100% identifiable by myself as purely cosmetic. I am fully trained to do this.
15 mins to be added to treatment time. Pre consult with pictures necessary.
ALL OF THESE TREATMENTS ARE IN OFFICE ONLY.
A full history of your skin health and needs will be documented and the treatments you are interested in will be planned and programmed to suit you, your needs and budget.
To achieve the desired results very often continuous treatments and or integrated treatments will be required.
Once the consultation is complete and we have decided your plan you will be given an agreement form to sign.
Most of the treatments require some kind of pre and or aftercare which are essential to a successful outcome.
I do not automatically sell products ranges as I believe these are your choice. My choices are from the Elemis, Neo Stratta and Genosys ranges which are my preferred skin care brands and will be used in your treatments. However many of my treatments have to have pre prep and or aftercare. These are small kits usually just a couple of products but are vital to the success of your treatments. You will need to purchase these from me they should be incorporated into you routine for the duration of your treatment.
Treatments such as certain peelings, hair treatments and ampoules may have to be ordered prior to starting your course.
