TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• If for some reason you need to change the appointment a 24-hr notice needs to be given. I am sure you will appreciate as with all services our time and expertise are how we make our living. Please be mindful and respectful of that.

• Failure to arrive for your appointment at the Chiropractic centre or should I come to your home for some reason and you fail to attend your appointment then the full charge for the treatment booked will be applied. Or lost if it is part of an ongoing course.

• I sometimes have certain days where I contract train for a cosmetic company and I also do charity work in the area. These times will be told to you on booking. My usual hours are on the booking info tab. They are however part time. However, I understand things happens as they could easily do to myself as well.

• All initial consultations are carried out at the rooms we can make home arrangements from there if that be your requirement.

• I accept cash and card payments or internet banking.

• All single treatments are to be paid for on completion of the treatment. I offer a 10% discount if you block book 6 or more.

• All courses booked have an applied discount. 50% of the course payment is required up front and the balance half way through your course. 

• You will be sent a text appointment or phone call reminder two days before your appointment.
