ELECTROLYSIS (electrical epilation) HAIR REMOVAL

ABOUT

Electrology is a professional practice in its own right. It is a means of slowly killing the dermal papilla wherein the hair root grows with a small high frequency current or mixed currents know as blend. The electrical currents stop the small capillary’s nourishing the hair. This is still today the only permanent method of hair removal claimed by the FDA.  Of course, it has its place used successfully in the treatment of face and breast hair that is controlled by certain hormones or sometimes the lack of them. Laser is not successful on these areas and hair with no pigment.

It’s possible treatments can take a long time, this depends on why and where you have the hair growth. Hormones play a role in this type of hair it takes a lot of time to control this. The speed and thickness of the growth and how you have previously removed the hair also plays a role in this treatment. A full treatment plan and program will be designed for you.
